I help millennial women who are going through all of life’s transitions (school, career, marriage, family, kids, etc.) take back control of their health, lose weight, and gain confidence to create a life they love through fitness and nutrition.
Life in your 20’s and 30’s is full of changes that often have you feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, and thinking that you’re not where you “should” be by now. The unrelenting stress and changes have lead to a slow but steady weight gain, and now it’s nearly painful to look in the mirror, and there’s some embarrassment in how you let yourself “go.”
Then you start to wonder if this is it, if this is what life is going to look like for you, and your dreams slip onto the back burner and you start going through the motions of life, but not really living.
It’s my mission to help you take back control of your life starting with your physical health - because you’re far too young to be feeling sick and tired all the time - so you can reignite those dreams of yours and achieve them, all the while gaining your confidence back and finally feeling good about yourself, your appearance, and your life!
